Package Marked Delivered but Not Received?
- Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update
- We will investigate the issue with the courier partner
Important Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Coupon discounts will be deducted from the refund amount wherever applicable
- Returns or exchanges for orders placed on other platforms such as Amazon or Flipkart will follow their respective platform policies
