How to Return
Go to Houzzy.com → My Orders → Select Order → Return
Choose the return reason and confirm the product condition
We will arrange a pickup, or support you directly if pickup is not available in your area
Receive your refund within 7–10 business days after the returned item reaches us
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted if:
- Product is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
- There are no signs of installation or damage
- The product is returned within 30 days from invoice date
What Cannot Be Returned
- Used or installed products
- Customized orders such as special colors, sizes, or finishes
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products damaged by the customer
Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Cancel anytime within 24 hours for a full refund
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled; please use the return option after delivery
Refund Process
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
- COD Orders: Refunded to your bank account after collecting required details
- Timeline: 7–10 business days after the returned product is received by us
