How to Claim Warranty

- Photos and video of the defect

Review & Response
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Replacement Support
We will send replacement parts by courier and collect defective items wherever applicable.
What We Cover
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Functional failures during normal household use
- Free replacement of defective parts
- Technical support via phone or video call
What We Don’t Cover
- Damage from wrong installation or misuse
- Scratches or rust from harsh chemicals or cleaners
- Water quality issues such as hard water or acidic water
- Natural disasters or accidents
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Rubber parts, washers, springs, and plastic components
- Labor charges for installation or removal
Warranty Period
Important Notes
- Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original buyer
- Only replacements are provided during warranty, no refunds
- If a product is discontinued, an equivalent value product will be provided
Jurisdiction
In case of disputes, both parties must first attempt resolution through mediation before legal proceedings. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
